MULTI GRAIN CHAPPATHI FLOUR
INGREDIENT :
Whole Wheat. Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, White Sorghum, Yellow Maize, Green Gram, Black Chana.
DIRECTION TO USE:
Mixing KMD Whole Atta Flour mix with water and a little Oil / Salt to form a soft dough.
Resting 15 Minutes. Rolling small portions into thin circles / balls and cooking then on a hot tawa.
BLACK URAD DHAL PUDDING
INGREDIENT :
Black Urad Dhal, Raw Rice, Badam, Cardamom.
DIRECTION TO USE:
Take a 2 table spoon of the Black Urad Dhal Pudding Mix powder in a bowl add 200 ml of water and mix well to remove lumps. Cook on a medium flame for 10 mins keep stirring to avoid lumps.
Add palm jaggery / jaggery to extra sweet and mix well.
Add coconut Milk / Grated coconut / Milk add stir for 2 mins & serve hot.
