What “hulled” white sesame seeds are?
“Hulled” means the outer hull/skin of the sesame seed has been mechanically removed, leaving the smooth inner kernel. This gives the seeds a uniform white or off‑white colour, softer bite and more delicate flavour compared to natural (unhulled) seeds, which are browner and more robust.
