SOLUBLE SALT TILES / NANO VETRIFIED TILES
CAUSTIC SODA FLAKES (MIN 99.5%)
Caustic Soda Flakes is also known as sodium hydroxide(NaOH) and Lye. They are primarily used in the production of soaps and detergents, in the pulp and paper industry, and in water treatment. This name is given because of the corrosive nature of the salt on plant tissues and animals. It is a versatile alkali. It is an extremely alkaline and caustic base that deteriorates proteins at ordinary ambient temperatures and also causes serious chemical burns. Sodium hydroxide is a white solid ionic compound composed of hydroxide anions OH- and sodium cations Na+.
Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES)
SLES, or sodium laureth sulphate, or sodium lauryl ether sulfate, is an all-round surfactant and detergent that is widely used in personal care and home care products.
Sodium laureth sulphate (SLES) is an artificial compound commonly produced from palm or coconut oil. It appears as a yellowish-white paste, lending itself well to a variety of formulations. Its fluid gel texture increases its utility in different product formulations.
The versatility of Sodium laureth sulphate makes it a primary ingredient in many personal care products, including:
Shampoos
Baby washes
Conditioners
Bubble baths
Its excellent detergency properties and foaming power ensure effective cleansing in various formulations.
While SLES offers exceptional performance, it's essential to address concerns about contamination. During production ethoxylation, SLES may come into contact with 1,4-dioxane, a suspected carcinogen. However, modern practices aim to minimise such byproducts, although vigilance remains crucial.
While generally well-tolerated, Sodium laureth sulphate does carry some potential for skin irritation, necessitating careful formulation and usage considerations.
SLES has several advantageous features:
Excellent decontamination
Superior wetting, emulsification, and dispersion properties
Remarkable foaming ability
Good solvency and thickening effect
Wide compatibility with other ingredients
Low irritation potential to skin and eyes
Anti-hard water properties and high biodegradability
WHITE ONION POWDER IRRADIATED
This powder is used to flavoring and seasoning various cooking foods. The dehydrated onion flakes are obtained by processing the fresh onions. These are hassle-free to use and less pungent than the fresh onion. These onion flakes are better substitutes as they bring equal taste and aroma to the food.
GARLIC POWDER IRRADIATED
The dehydrated garlic flakes are prepared or obtained by processing the fresh garlic lumps. The dry products are hustle free to use and less pungent lighter aroma than fresh garlic. Although these garlic flakes are better substitutes for fast cooked meals as it brings equal taste and aroma to the food. In some dishes, the large dimensioned or bigger sized dried garlic flakes are not suitable, i.e., does not give the best look or does not get mixed completely with the food. Therefore, a finer and smooth product, i.e., the garlic powder, is considered.
