KTR SERVO COUPLING GS Series
Our servo couplings are torsionally stiff shaft couplings soft in bending serving as a connection element between the drive unit and the measuring sensor. They transmit torque, free from backlash and conformally, making our backlash-free shaft couplings highly accurate. They also allow for compensation of radial, axial and angular displacements. Thanks to the high variety of coupling types and hub designs we are able to supply the right coupling for almost every application.
KTR STEEL LAMINA COUPLING Rigiflex-N Series

The steel laminas are designed as layered, waisted laminae sets. They are connected fully backlash-free with hubs and flanges via positive-locking dowel screws.
KTR SERVO COUPLING Radex NC Series
The single-cardanic servo laminae coupling (single-jointed coupling) RADEX®-NC High Torque EK was developed for applications in servo technology. The single-cardanic design is characterized by conformal torque transmission and high torsion spring stiffness.
Servo laminae coupling with clamping hubs:
RADEX-NC EK with clamping hubs is a single-cardanic standard series. The clamping hubs make the servo laminae coupling easy to assemble. The hubs are fastened to the shaft by tightening one single clamping screw eccentrically positioned. Here both frictionally engaged connections without feather keyway and positive-locking connections with feather keyway are available.
Servo laminae coupling with clamping ring hub:
RADEX-NC EK with clamping ring hub is a single-cardanic series for high speeds.
The two-part, rotationally symmetric taper hubs ensure smooth running along with a safe, frictionally engaged shaft-hub connection even with high speeds.
KTR Rotex Coupling GR-Series
ROTEX® torsionally flexible jaw couplings are elastomer couplings characterized by a compact design.
Despite low weights and mass moments of inertia of the elastomer couplings they are able to transmit high torques. The compact shaft couplings are characterized by a long service life and sound operating characteristics generated by allover machining.
Thanks to the elastomer (elastomer spider) between the coupling hubs of the jaw couplings shocks respectively torsional vibrations in the drive train are damped. The high temperature-resistant spider material T-PUR® (elastomer) is available in various degrees of hardness. The torsionally flexible ROTEX couplings are used in almost every range of general machinery and plant engineering.

Esco Disc Coupling DPU Series
Disc couplings are non-lubricated, all-metal components known for their remarkable torsional stiffness. They rely on torque transmission through discs, which alternate between the drive and driven flanges on the same bolt circle within the disc pack assembly. The coupling's misalignment capacity hinges on factors like pack thickness, disc material, the number of drive bolts, and the span between them. The total torque capacity, on the other hand, is determined by the disc pack thickness, total drive bolts, and their arrangement.
Escodisc couplings usually feature two flexible elements and a spacer, ensuring excellent inherent balancing properties and often negating the need for additional balancing at motor speeds. These couplings comply with API 610 standards. The ESCODISC DPU series leverages ESCO Couplings' original disc pack design, enhancing reliability, performance, and equipment longevity.
Features:
Temperature range -40°C to 270°C
AISI 301 Full hard stainless-steel discs
Torque up to 23,100 Nm
