This open grazing system allows our cows to lead healthy and happy lives, producing milk that is both nutritious and wholesome. We believe in the principle of Ahinsa (non-violence), ensuring that our practices are humane and respectful. The first right to the cow's milk belongs to her calf. We ensure that the calves receive their share of milk first, allowing them to thrive under the care of their mothers. Only after the calves are satisfied do we collect the surplus milk for making our ghee. This compassionate approach not only fosters a healthy bond between the cow and her calf but also guarantees that our ghee is made from the purest milk.
