You can cancel individual items in your order until they are marked as “Packed” by the seller.
Please note that cancellations may not apply to certain product types such as customized or made-to-order items.
Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you cancel before packing, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
In the rare event that a seller is unable to fulfill an order (e.g., item out of stock), you will be notified and a refund will be processed automatically.
You may view and update your order status under My Orders in your GlobalLinker account.
