Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel individual items in your order until they are marked as “Packed” by the seller.
  • Please note that cancellations may not apply to certain product types such as customized or made-to-order items.
  • Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you cancel before packing, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • In the rare event that a seller is unable to fulfill an order (e.g., item out of stock), you will be notified and a refund will be processed automatically.
  • You may view and update your order status under My Orders in your GlobalLinker account.
