Returns & Refunds Policy


  • Each seller defines their own Returns Policy.
  • If a product is eligible for return, this will be clearly mentioned on its product page, along with the number of days within which a return can be requested (e.g., within 1–7 days of delivery)
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, or accessories.
  • Once the returned product reaches the seller and is verified, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
  • Please note: Certain products (e.g., perishables, made-to-order, or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Please review the seller’s Returns Policy before placing your order. It is visible under the respective policy section on the product page.
  • You may view and update your order status under My Orders in your GlobalLinker account.
  • GlobalLinker facilitates communication between buyers and sellers in such cases; however, the final approval of a return or refund rests with the seller.
