OrganoNutri Instant Bajra Idli Mix is a quick and easy way to make bajra idlis at home. The mix is made with bajra flour, rice flour, and spices, and it comes with easy-to-follow instructions. To make bajra idlis, simply mix the mix with water, let it ferment for a few hours, and then steam the batter in idli molds. Bajra idlis are a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack option. They are high in fiber and protein, and they are a good source of iron.

Ingredients:

  • Bajra flour
  • Rice flour
  • Salt
  • Spices

Instructions:

  1. Combine 1 cup of OrganoNutri Instant Bajra Idli Mix with 1 cup of water in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the batter ferment for at least 3 hours, or up to overnight.
  4. Preheat a steamer.
  5. Grease the idli molds with oil or ghee.
  6. Once the batter has fermented, spoon it into the idli molds.
  7. Steam the idlis for 10-12 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.

Tips:

  • Use warm water to mix the batter. This will help the batter to ferment faster.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid to prevent the batter from drying out.
  • Let the batter ferment in a warm place. The ideal temperature for fermentation is 75-85 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • If the batter does not ferment after 3 hours, you can add a pinch of sugar to help it ferment.
  • Steam the idlis in a steamer that is filled with enough water to create steam.
