Green Omelette (Zero Egg Green Omelette) | Pancake Alternative | 400g: Pack of2, 200g Each

Ingredients:

Moong Bean Powder, Chickpeas Powder, Pea Protein Concentrate, Corn Starch, Onion Powder, Moringa Powder 2.5%, Salt, Sugar, Spices(Gingar, Garlic, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Red Chilli), Amchoor Powder, Green Chilli Flakes, Curry Leaves, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, CMC Gum, Stablizer E71, Raising Agent E500(ii), Citric Acid, Asafetida, Natural and Nature Identical Flavors.

Preparation method

STEP 1

Lightly whisk the mix with equal amount of water.

STEP 2

Heat a small non-stick frying pan for a minute or so, then add a knob of butter and let it melt a little. Don�t allow the butter to brown or it will discolour the egg mix.

STEP 3

Pour in the vegan omelette mixture and let it sit, without stirring, for a minute. May also cover with lid.

STEP 4

Check after a minute the liquid on top shall be semi solid. Apply more butter, as per choice on top and on sides.

STEP 5

Flip the omelette and cook for a minute from other side also.

STEP 6

Flip again and may fold and serve with filling veggi filling, with ketchup, etc.

Chef Tip:

Don�t overcook. The heat retained in the pan will continue to cook and firm up the vegan eggs after pan is removed from heat. This is definitely best served fresh and hot and straight from the frying pan, but if you do have leftovers, they will keep for 3-4 days in the fridge. Just reheat them in the frying pan with a little butter/ oil.
