Most famous Miller of north pack this good smelling rice to sell as basmati. I have seen this myself being done in Nokha, sasaram, nasariganj, babhua, dehri, arrah, buxar ,karahgar and adjoining areas Mills. Old rice is good for pulav making and fresh is for Kheer.
