This is a combination cough syrup used for the relief of productive cough associated with respiratory conditions.

Ambroxol: A mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to cough out.

Guaiphenesin: An expectorant that helps clear mucus from airways.

Terbutaline: A bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and eases breathing.

Menthol: Provides a soothing and cooling effect on the throat.

Indications:

Productive cough (wet cough)

Bronchitis

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

Asthmatic cough

Respiratory tract infections with mucus production

Mechanism of Action:

Ambroxol: Breaks down thick mucus and enhances mucociliary clearance.

Guaiphenesin: Increases respiratory tract fluid secretion to facilitate mucus expulsion.

Terbutaline: Relieves bronchospasm and improves airflow.

Menthol: Soothes throat irritation and provides cooling relief.

Dosage:
