Titanium Bars
A hard, shiny and strong metal, the uses of titanium are extensive. Look closely enough and you'll find that this refractory metal – particularly titanium bars – is used to produce clasps and fasteners for intricate pieces of jewellery as well as welding applications and medical and surgical equipment.
A titanium bar is a metal bar made specifically from titanium ore. Titanium is an extremely light, elegant, and durable metal commonly used by the industrial sector to create long-lasting, sturdy items.
Titanium is highly resistant to chemical attack and has the highest strength to weight ratio of any metal. These unique properties make Titanium suitable for a wide range of applications.
Stainless Steel Flange
STAINLESS STEEL FLANGE
Stainless steel flange simplified as SS flange, it refers to the flanges that made of stainless steel. Common material standards and Grades are ASTM A182 Grade F304/L and F316/L, with pressure ratings from Class 150, 300, 600 etc and to 2500.

STAINLESS STEEL BUTT WELD FITTING
Stainless Steel 304 Buttweld Fittings are made up of a basic austenitic stainless steel material that has 18% chromium and 8% nickel in its composition. This composition provides the material with strength and corrosion resistance.
Stainless Steel 316 Buttweld Fittings are made up of a chromium nickel molybdenum alloyed austenitic stainless steel. The material has good corrosion resistance, similar strength to the 304 grade steel and good hardness.
A buttweld fitting is a weldable pipe fitting that allows for change of direction of flow, to branch off, reduce pipe size or attach auxiliary equipment.

STAINLESS STEEL DAIRY FITTING
Dairy valves, fittings and tubing, also known as hygienic valves fittings and tubing, were created and used mainly because they are cleanable, either by dismantling a pipe line and cleaning it manually or using a CIP (clean in place) system.
Many industries use stainless steel fittings with tube / pipe lines to transfer liquids and other product around their plant facilities. These industries include food and pharmaceutical sectors or building and construction
Dairy couplings are standardized sealing connections that can be used to easily connect and seal pipework for fluid media. In the food industry, dairy couplings are standardized in accordance with DIN 11851 and have been used countless times to connect pipes.
Stainless Steel Bolt
BOLT: a metal rod or pin for fastening objects together that usually has a head at one end and a screw thread at the other and is secured by a nut.
Bolts are used to fasten and assemble parts from within aligned unthreaded holes, typically with the use of a matching nut. Bolts primarily consist of a shaft and a bolt head. The unthreaded portion of the bolt shaft is called the shank, while the threaded portion is the bolt thread.
Stainless Steel Nut
For nuts and bolts, the most common grades are 304 and 316. Grade 304 contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel and is ideal for general-purpose applications. Grade 316 contains 16% chromium, 10% nickel, and 2% molybdenum and is suitable for corrosive and high-temperature environments.
These Nuts find versatile applications across various industries such as automotive, construction, marine, and aerospace. They serve as a popular choice in extreme temperature or harsh environments, including lubricated machinery, chemical processing, offshore drilling, and more.
The most commonly used type of stainless steel nuts are Hex nuts, which find widespread applications in industries such as automotive and construction. In contrast, Wing nuts come in handy in applications where frequent fastening and unfastening is required, such as pipe fittings.
Stainless Steel Union
SS union pipe fitting is a component used to connect two pipes together in a manner that allows them to be easily disconnected and reconnected. The nut is used to join the pipe together. It is typically hexagonal in shape, allowing it to be easily tightened or loosened using a wrench.
Usually, two types of threaded union are offered F/F and F/M. The female threaded union fitting has threads on the inside, while the threads are on the outside of the male threaded fitting. The male/female threaded union has a male connection end and one female threaded connection end.
Stainless Steel Angle
Stainless Steel Angle
Angle are high temperature proof, rust protected and oxidation proof as well. Application of these Stainless Steel Angles can be noticed in food processing, petroleum, ship construction, chemical processing and also in other industries..
The two most popular grades in are 304L and 316L. Other grades that are possible include but are not limited to: AL6XN, C276, 254 SMO, 305, 308, 309, 310S, 314, 316Ti, 317, 321, RA330, 347, 410S, Inconel 601, 604, and 625, and Alloy 600.
Application of these Stainless Steel Angles can be noticed in food processing, petroleum, ship construction, chemical processing and also in other industries. These are also used to produce hardware items and boiler heat exchanger. Long life span is one of their main features.
Stainless Steel Plates
Stainless steel sheet/plate is versatile and used in a variety of applications. It is primarily selected for its resistance to corrosion, longevity and formability. Typical uses of stainless steel sheet/plate include, construction, food service applications, transportation, chemical, marine, and textile industries.
Grades. Our stainless steel sheet/plate is available in 300, 400 and 200 series. Each type has its own characteristics. The most popular grades are, 304 which can be easily roll-formed or shaped and due to its excellent corrosion resistance and weldability, it is one of the most popular grades available
Stainless Steel Flat
Stainless Steel Flat is a fundamental architectural support material. Apart from this, it is still utilized in rod, forgings, wire, and flat rolled form, in addition to stainless steel flat bar. This flat is very effective as well as economical and safe to use.
Stainless steel flat bar is a common use case for polished stainless steel, typically 304 stainless steel. Flat bars are used for various structural supports and functional elements, including braces, trim, frames, and more.
The Stainless Steel Flat Bar material can vary based on the composition. The most used ones are the austenitic types. The 304 grade of stainless steel is the most used stainless steel in the world. The material has 18% chromium an 8% nickel in the composition.
Stainless Steel Pipe
Stainless Steel Pipe
Stainless steel pipe resists oxidation, making it a low-maintenance solution that is suitable for high temperature and chemical applications. Because it is easily cleaned and sanitized, stainless steel pipe is also desired for applications involving food, beverages, and pharmaceutical applications.
Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipe: Stainless steel pipe is available in different austenitic grades including 303, 304, 310, 316 and 321 that vary in chemical composition and properties. These grades are most common grades that has higher amount of nickel, molybdenum and chromium content
Copper Bars
Copper bar is a widely used product across many industries. One of the first metals used by early humans, copper offers good ductility, very high thermal and electrical conductivity, and high natural corrosion resistance. Copper bar is easy to bend and form, with excellent dimensional control and good crack resistance.
Copper bars are essential elements in any earthing and grounding applications as well as in power applications. Their uses are wide and are often found switchboards and industrial electrical'installations.
