ACTIVATED CARBON
Activated carbon, also known as activated charcoal, is a porous material that's used for many applications, including filtering water and air, treating wastewater, and as a catalyst.
PERLITE FILTER AIDS
We have our own brand name "Light Silica". Filter aids may be applied either as precoat on the septum and/or as body feed in the liquid. As precoat, filter aid can be applied as a thin layer over the filter before the suspension is pumped to the apparatus. A precoat prevents fine suspension particles from becoming so entangled in the filter medium that its resistance becomes excessive. Further, it facilitates the removal of cake at the end of the filtration cycle.
BORIC ACID POWDER
Boric acid is a natural mineral that is generally safe to use indoors and outdoors, including around food preparation areas. However, long-term ingestion of boric acid can cause vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, and other health issues.
PRECIPITATED CALCIUM CARBONATE
Precipitated calcium carbonate is one of the most versatile inorganic chemical, which finds application in a wide cross section of industries.PCC is made from a high purity calcium carbonate rock called limestone. Riddhi Metal and Chemicals (india) PCC Products uses high quality limestone for its pcc products. For the said project, the most accessible and best area for raw material is the deposits in Gujarat. No other place in India can compete Gujarat for limestone mineses.
PRECIPITATED SILICA
Precipitated silica is a silica (SiO2) produced by precipitation from a solution containing silicate salts. The production of precipitated silica starts with the reaction of an alkaline silicate solution with a mineral acid. Sulfuric acid and sodium silicate solutions are added simultaneously with agitation to water. Precipitation is carried out under alkaline conditions. The choice of agitation, duration of precipitation, the addition rate of reactants, their temperature and concentration, and pH can vary the properties of the silica. The formation of a gel stage is avoided by stirring at elevated temperatures. The resulting white precipitate is filtered, washed and dried in the manufacturing process.
HSCAS - SODIUM BENTONITE
Bentonite is a clay consisting mainly of smectite minerals, commonly formed by decomposition of volcanic ash or tuff, or sometimes from other igneous or sedimentary rocks. Bentonite is a very plastic clay that shrinks (or swells) markedly in response to the removal (or addition) of water.
CALCIUM SULPHATE
Calcium sulfate, or CaSO4, is a naturally occurring calcium salt with many uses:
Appearance
Calcium sulfate is a white or colorless powder or crystalline solid that can sometimes have a blue, gray, or reddish tinge.
DICALCIUM PHOSPHATE
Dicalcium phosphate (CaHPO₄), also known as dibasic calcium phosphate or calcium monohydrogen phosphate, is a calcium phosphate compound with a molar mass of 136.06 g/mol and a density of 2.93 g/cm³. The "di" in its name comes from the removal of two protons from phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄) to form the HPO₄2– anion.
Dicalcium phosphate is usually synthetic, but there are some small, limited deposits from natural sources, such as monetite. Dicalcium phosphate might be obtained from roasting bones, but most bone sources of dicalcium phosphate are precipitated by using strong acids prohibited for organic production.
QUARTZ SILICA POWDER
WE are manufacturing Quartz silica powder. we have our own brand name "Silica 10".
