The JSB C 250 is a surface exploration drilling machine which uses PQ and HQ drill rods. The PQ rod can drill up to 50 meters while the HQ rod can reach depths of 150 meters. The pull up force is 6200 Kgf and the pull down force is 3200 Kgf. The rotary head has a torque ranging from 565 to 4000 Nm and a speed range of 125 to 1000 rpm. The hydraulic system has a maximum working pressure of 3500 psi. The drilling angle can be adjusted from 45 to 90 degrees. The prime mover has a power of 52 horsepower, the main winch has a capacity of 2 tons, and the water pump generates a pressure of 50 bar. The drilling rig is mounted on a crawler carrier.
