Gate Valve
Gate valves are linear motion valves primarily used to start or stop the flow of fluids. When fully open, the gate valve allows straight-through flow with minimal pressure drop. Designed for use in applications where a full, unobstructed flow is required, they are ideal for pipelines that require infrequent operation. Available in rising and non-rising stem types, gate valves are commonly made from cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, or forged steel, with options for flanged, threaded, or welded connections. Delta Enterprise supplies high-quality gate valves in various sizes and pressure ratings, tailored for industries like oil & gas, water treatment, construction, and mechanical systems. We ensure durable sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
Check Valve
Check valves, also known as non-return valves, enable flow in one direction while automatically preventing backflow. These self-acting valves rely on gravity, spring, or flow pressure to close their seat quickly after fluid reversal, avoiding system damage or water hammer. Available in swing, lift, spring, and dual-disc designs, they are suitable for a wide range of media including water, oil, gas, and chemicals. Constructed from cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, and brass, Delta Enterprise’s check valves are ideal for pipeline protection, pump discharge lines, and compressor stations. We offer full-size, spring-assisted Y-pattern, wafer, and flanged variants—with pressure ratings from PN10 to PN40. Our solutions serve industries such as oil & gas, water treatment, petrochemical, and process plants.
Ball Valve
Ball valves are compact, quarter-turn isolation valves with a spherical perforated ball that allows full-flow shutoff or control with minimal pressure drop. They are favored for quick operation, tight sealing, and low maintenance. Available in 2-piece, 3-piece, top-entry, trunnion, and floating designs, they accommodate high-pressure (up to 1000 bar) and a range of media—gas, water, oil, and chemicals. Construction includes materials like brass, carbon and stainless steel, and specialty alloys. Delta Enterprise offers full-port and standard ball valves in SS304/SS316, brass, and carbon steel with NPT, socket weld, and flanged ends, suitable for oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, and HVAC systems.
Handwheel
Handwheels are essential manual operators for valves, enabling precise and ergonomic control of flow systems. Typically constructed from cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, or aluminum, they are available in diameters from 100 mm to 500 mm. Designs include solid, spoked, and geared versions, suitable for platforms like gate, globe, butterfly, and diaphragm valves. At Delta Enterprise, our handwheels come pre-assembled with stem nut, washer, and bolt, coated for corrosion resistance. They are ideal for industrial sectors such as oil & gas, water treatment, and construction, where reliable manual actuation is needed under high-load or remote conditions. Durable and low-maintenance, our handwheels support efficient valve operation in India and international export markets.
Plastic Endcaps
Plastic end caps are essential for protecting open pipe or flange ends during transport, storage, and installation. Made from durable HDPE or polypropylene, they prevent debris, dust, and moisture ingress, ensuring component integrity. The example shown includes a flange-mounted cap, ideal for sealing PN16–PN40 flanged connections. Delta Enterprise offers these caps in various shapes—round, square, and flange-style—with sizes ranging from 10 mm to 300 mm. Their snug fit and UV-resistant material make them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, ensuring long-term protection. Supplied in bulk for industrial, plumbing, and export applications, these caps are reusable, cost-effective, and eco-friendly.
Tag Plates
Tag plates are essential identification components used across industrial environments to label valves, pipelines, equipment, and asset tags. Made from durable metals—typically stainless steel, aluminum, or brass—they withstand harsh conditions including extreme temperatures, corrosion, and abrasion. Available in various plain shapes and hole configurations, such as oval with dual holes, single-hole, rectangular with rounded corners, and slim bar styles. Delta Enterprise supplies tag plates in custom sizes from 25 × 50 mm up to 150 × 300 mm, blank or factory-engraved. They support engraving, stamping, or anodizing, and can include QR codes, serial numbers, or company logos. Designed for easy mounting via screws, rivets, or wire, these tag plates ensure traceability and compliance in utility, oil & gas, and fabrication industries.
PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK Devlon, and SS 316 Rings
These industrial rings — made from PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK, Devlon, and SS316 — are critical components in mechanical systems where reliability, resistance to harsh environments, and precision engineering are required. Each material offers unique advantages. PTFE and RPTFE are ideal for chemical resistance and low friction applications, commonly used in valve seats and seals. PEEK, known for its high-performance thermoplastic properties, is suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature environments such as chemical pumps and aerospace components. Devlon, a modified polyamide (nylon), offers high impact strength and dimensional stability, making it suitable for water-based and offshore applications. SS316, a molybdenum-bearing stainless steel, provides outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical durability in marine and acidic environments.
Flanges
Flanges are essential components used to connect pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment in piping systems. Available in various materials like stainless steel (SS304, SS316), carbon steel, and plastics (PTFE, PVC), flanges provide strength, leak-proof sealing, and ease of assembly or maintenance. Common types include weld neck, slip-on, blind, and threaded flanges, used across industries such as oil & gas, water treatment, chemical, and power. Their durability, pressure resistance, and customizability make them vital in both high-pressure and corrosive environments.
Packing Gland
Packing glands are mechanical sealing devices used to prevent leakage along the shaft or stem of valves, pumps, and other rotating or reciprocating equipment. Typically composed of a gland follower, sleeve, and sealing rings (packing), they compress the packing material to form a tight seal. Commonly used in gate valves, globe valves, and centrifugal pumps, packing glands are made from materials like brass, stainless steel, or bronze. They ensure leak-proof operation in systems handling steam, chemicals, oil, and water. Packing glands are widely used in power plants, refineries, shipbuilding, and general industrial maintenance.
Valve Stem
Valve stems are critical components that connect the actuator or handwheel to the internal valve mechanism, allowing controlled opening and closing. They transmit linear or rotary motion to move the valve plug, disc, or ball. Made from materials such as stainless steel, brass, or alloy steel, valve stems are designed to withstand high pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Commonly used in gate, globe, ball, and butterfly valves, they may be rising or non-rising types. Valve stems are vital for efficient flow regulation in industries like oil & gas, water treatment, chemical processing, and power generation.
Valve Seats
