PROTAC Surgical / Examination ELBOW LENGTH Long Cuff Gloves is the result of demand from its customers for XTRA Long Gloves worn over the gowns till elbow or more. Our team analyzed the requirements of the customer and designed a former based on existing surgical and examination glove former designs and come up with a former for glove with longer cuff ranging from 450 mm to 500 mm. Formers were developed for producing glove of Surgical type (anatomic shape) and Examination type (ambidextrous shape). Our formers have micro rough surface to ensure the end product excellent grip. The whole manufacturing process are carried our under stringent process using state of the art automatic glove dipping machine and quality control to ensure a good glove with excellent skin tolerance. The gloves are sterilized either by ETO (Ethylene Oxide Gas) or by Gamma Radiation as per customer requirement. Powder FREE conversion is done using state of the art Chlorination units in the factory. We have Chlorinated Powder FREE Surgical Glove and Polymer Coated Powder FREE Surgical Gloves in our range.
