Each Players Draws A Number Counter And One Who Gets The Highest Number Is The Leader. The Leader Distributes The Tickets To Each Player. First Assemble The Automatic Counter Dispenser As Shown In The Picture. Now, Put All The 90 Numbered Counters Inside The Automatic Counter Dispenser At The Start Of The Game. Now Twist The Top To Spin The Inner Plate Of Dispenser, The Numbered Counter Will Come Out Automatically At The Bottom.
