Processing & Quality Parameters
The seeds are cleaned and sortex processed, with optional hulling depending on buyer requirements. Purity levels range from 98 to 99.95 percent, moisture is controlled at a maximum of 4 to 5 percent, and free fatty acid levels are maintained within acceptable limits. Salmonella is absent, and admixture is restricted to a maximum of 0.5 percent.
Packaging & Export Handling
Sesame Seeds are packed in food-grade PP bags, paper bags, or laminated polybags to preserve quality during handling and transport. Standard pack sizes include 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg, and 50 kg. Container loading capacity supports approximately 18–19 metric tons in a 20-foot container and 25–26 metric tons in a 40-foot container.

The product is widely used in bakery items, tahini and sesame paste production, confectionery coatings, snack and namkeen manufacturing, oil extraction, health foods, and seasoning blends such as til chutney and gomasio. It is also suitable for export-grade roasting and frying operations.
