Unlike aluminium or steel alternatives, titanium racks do not contaminate the electrolyte and maintain structural integrity even under prolonged immersion and high current density. Customised to Your Line Racks are engineered to match your tank dimensions, component geometry, and production throughput. Frame profiles, hook spacing, bar lengths, and contact point design are all configurable — from small-part racking to large structural component jigs. Superior Electrical Contact Design Precision-machined contact points and crossbars ensure uniform current distribution to every component on the rack. This directly translates to consistent anodic film thickness and colour uniformity across your batch — critical for aerospace, automotive, and architectural aluminium finishing. Strippable or Permanent Masking Options Available with bare titanium contact tips for standard anodising or with insulated coatings on non-contact surfaces to minimise rack-area current loss and improve bath efficiency.
