Cooking or Dressing:

It's rich in protein and Oleic acid, a monosaturated healthy fat. There is a famous saying: Eat fat to lose fat i.e. healthy fats actually have shown to reduce the stubborn accumulated fat from body. Moringa oil contains sterols, which have been shown to lower LDL or “bad” cholesterol.

Skin & Hair:

Like Moringa is Sooperfood for health, it is even better for Skin and Hair application. Beta-sitosterol, a phytosterol found in moringa oil, is believed by many to have antioxidant and antidiabetic benefits. Presence of Oleic acid makes it beneficial when used topically as a cleansing agent, and as a moisturizer for skin and hair. Moringa oil has antibacterial properties as well. It can promote hair growth and prevent hair loss, while improving the texture, shine and volume of your hair.

Worth a note: Moringa oil contains several bioactive compounds which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, both when ingested and used topically. This may make moringa oil beneficial for acne breakouts. These compounds include tocopherols, catechins, quercetin, ferulic acid, and zeatin.
