Groundnut/Peanut Oil
Filtered Peanut Oil is a naturally processed form of Groundnut Oil, obtained by cold-pressing peanuts and passing the oil through fine filters to remove impurities without the use of chemicals or refining agents. it retains a light golden color, a mild nutty aroma, and essential nutrients like vitamin E and monounsaturated fats.
Due to minimal processing, filtered peanut oil maintains much of the natural flavor and aroma of peanuts, making it a popular choice for traditional cooking. it is ideal for shallow frying, sauteing, tadka (tempering), and low to medium-heat cooking.
