A seed pre-cleaner uses a combination of winnowing with a fan to remove lighter particles (e.g. empty grains, dust, lighter
impurities etc.) and sifting with sieves on an oscillating screen to remove particles that are smaller or larger in size (e.g. under size , over size ,straw etc.).

Seed grader machine is used for fine cleaning and grading of seeds on the basis of size, shape, length and removal of light seeds, cut seed

and dust to deliver the uniform size and bold seed of high quality standards.

Single phase operation

Machine will equipped with two different layers of ss rollers which grades the product according to the smallest diameter. The grading window can be adjusted easily as per the grading requirements. The grading efficiency of the grader varies between 80-95 % that also depends on the shape of the products. For round shaped product the grading efficiency is more as the machine grades the product as per the smallest diameter. Machine can grade vegetable via length wise, width wise, size wise and grading will be done according to the smallest diameter of the products. The grading efficiency depends on the speed of the machine. Higher grading accuracy can be achieved with low speed of the machine but at low speed the capacity decreases. Length - 4500 mm, width - 600 mm of rollers, Nos of grades - 5, Power - 3 hp 3 phase. VFD provided.

This grader cum cleaner machine is a pneumatic machine which uses the suction power of blower built in the machine itself. It is a basic machine in which feeding of seed, lifting of seed, cleaning and grading of seed all operations are performed in a single machine.

The Machine Is Specially Meant For Removing Impurities And Achieving Very High Grading In Any Free Flowing Granular Material/ Grains

All Type Of Seeds Spices Etc. This Is Capable Of Upgrading And Separating Of Seeds Based On Specific Weight. Seed Same In Size But Different In Weight Can Be Separated With This Machine.

It works on the principle of vacuum negative pressure. Machine has a large table that vibrates at various frequencies that can be adjusted according to crop, there is a fan blowing through the table to help fluidize the material.

The stones bounce and move in one direction while the seed move another. The stones will actually travel uphill if properly set! The stones will fall out of the back of the machine and final seed is obtained.

Magnetic De-stoner separator, a short conveyor belt envelopes the magnetic roll and a tensioning ideal roll. A suitable feeder discharges materials on the belt. The ferromagnetic and paramagnetic particles stick to the belt while the nonmagnetic particles flow freely off at the end of the conveyor.

Seed Grader (Indent Cylinder type) used for additional separation or upgradation of seeds, grains of various crops on

length basis after size & sieve cleaning. Also used for removing weed seeds, broken or cut, round grains, material longer than the desired

crop seed

Slurry Seed Treaters use the weight of seed to operate the seed and slurry measuring system.

The amount of seed measured is controlled by placement of a counter weight while the amount of slurry measured at each trip of weighpan is determined by the size of the cups used in the metering pan.

For dosing of slurry, dispensing pump has been provided instead of chain sprockets and buckets system. Each time the weighpan trips, seed flows to the rotating Screw Conveyor. At the same time slurry is delivered on the top of the seed in the rotating Screw Conveyor, seed and slurry are than thoroughly mixed in the slow moving Screw Conveyor and finally treated seed is discharged from the Screw Conveyor through 2 way discharge spout.

The seed dressing is pumped with the help of vertically pump into the chemical metering pan and fed continuously through dosing cups which are easily interchangeable for variable dosing.

A bucket elevator consists of a series of buckets attached to a belt, chain with sprockets located at the top and feed hopper at the bottom of the unit. It provides an efficient means to vertically convey products like rice, grain, and other

free-flowing materials.

In MIST-O-MATIC seed treater seed is fed into the feed hopper.

A rotary blending drum is provide with gear motor and pump for mixing and lifting of chemical to mist chamber, where seed enters in a specific volume which is synchronised with the volume of chemical in mist form. Both mist (chemical) and seed are mixed in a slow rotating mixing conveyor.
