Design Features & Benefits
The spiral plate heat exchanger is made by rolling two long metal plates around a center core to form two concentric spiral flow passages, one for each fluid. The plate edges are welded shut so that each fluid stays within its own passage and there is no flow bypassing or intermixing. Channel plate width and spacing (gap between plates) are optimized for the specified duty, maximum heat transfer, and ease of access. The plate gap is maintained by welded spacer studs although some designs do not require them.
Due to its inherent circular design and large surface area to volume ratio, the spiral heat exchanger offers unique advantages over other types of heat exchangers like the shell and tube.

CLOSED CIRCUIT COOLING TOWER
We manufactures two types of closed circuit cooling tower and combined flow and counterflow coolingtower. Closed Circuit Cooling Tower are suitable for Thermal Power Plants. Closed Circuit cooling tower certain processes needs a closed loop, that's why the process water for cooling does not come in make contact with the full of atmosphere air. Closed loop type cooling is minimizes process fouling.

Mixing ration means the percentage of the added water. If our mixing ratio is zero, it is called absolutely closed system. When the mixing ratio is 100%, it is called an open system.

Working of Air Washer:
In Air Washers air comes in direct contact with water which is sprayed over cellulose pads .As the hot air come in contact with water ,water evaporates and carries away heat of air in the process. The outlet condition of air depends upon the difference between Dry bulb and wet bulb temperature of ambient air.
