Four Panel Baffle Bags

A 4-Panel Bulk bag derives its name directly from its construction design. In this type of bulk bag, the 4 sides are constructed from 4 separate fabric panels which are stitched together at the edges with each other. A separate piece of panel is used to make the square bottom of the bag.

According to the weight, the bag’s panels may or may not be hemmed. Hemmed edges are known to provide better support and maintain the square shape of the bag efficiently.

The 4-Panel Bulk Bag is the ideal choice for industries that require packing, storing and transporting mainly solid and uniform shaped products mostly. With stronger materials, finer type of substances can also be easily transported due to the square shape of the bag.

These Bulk Bags/ FIBC Bags are made from circular/ tubular woven fabric on 8 shuttle looms. The circular fabric is with a reinforcement panel on the body of the fabric. These bags are with cross corner loop attachment and the loops are attached on the reinforcement panel on the fabric. The normal width of these bags is 180 cms double lay flat (tubular) but we can provide circular bags with max width of 210 cms, double lay flat. These bags can be supplied in various filling and discharge options for various duty conditions.

Constructed with an internal webbing ‘Q’ Bags retain their shape so reducing space requirements and increasing stability. The reduced space requirement lowers costs by allowing more efficient storage and transport. Q bags are also available with our exclusive EASILIFT sytem to allow a more efficent and safer working environment. U-Panel bulk bags (FIBC) have one (1) continuous piece of fabric for a side, bottom, and opposite side panel creating a “U” shape. The remaining sides and top panel are then sewn in to construct the bag. U-Panel bags are an industry standard and provide a great mix of stack-ability, strength, and affordability.
