The most common method of producing concrete pipes is the Hume-Spun pipe process, but alternative approaches are now available. Because the production-process involves cage spinning during concreting, it is also called the Spun pipe. The concrete is manually poured, and cages are prepared for insertion into the mould, depending on the pipe’s size.
