Fruits
A fruit is the soft, pulpy part of a flowering plant that contains seeds. It is formed from the ovaries of angiosperms and is exclusive only to this group of plants.
A simple fruit grows from a single ovary of a single flowering plant. For example, banana, grape, tomato etc.
Aggregate fruits consist of mass drupelets and each drupelet is developed from several carpels of the same flower. For example, blackberry and raspberry.
Multiple fruits form from carpels derived from multiple flowers. For example, pineapple.
Accessory fruits are formed from adjacent tissues exterior to the carpel AND NOT from the floral ovary. For example, apple and pear.

Natural Organic Sugarcane Jaggery Cubes
Gur (jaggery) is a natural product of sugarcane. It is in more unrefined form than sugar. It is a brown raw mass of sucrose which gets it colour because of other elements found in concentration such as wood ash and bagasse. Jagger is commonly made from two products, that are sugar cane and date palm tree.Gur is mainly for human consumption, and is used in making sweet items. It is also consumed in raw form. Jaggery is also used in making alcoholic drinks and Ayruveda medicines. Jaggery is majorly used in the food processing industry for confectionery items, toffees, chocolates, chewing gums etc. Gur is popular in South East Asia, Latin America, North Africa and Caribbean Islands, though different products (sugar cane, date palm tree, sago palm, coconut palm) are used in making gur in these areas
Sugar
ugar, any of numerous sweet, colourless, water-soluble compounds present in the sap of seed plants and the milk of mammals and making up the simplest group of carbohydrates. The most common sugar is sucrose, a crystalline tabletop and industrial sweetener used in foods and beverages.Sucrose is found in almost all plants, but it occurs at concentrations high enough for economic recovery only in sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) and sugar beets (Beta vulgaris). The former is a giant grass growing in tropical and subtropical areas; the latter is a root crop growing in temperate zones. Sugarcane ranges from 7 to 18 percent sugar by weight, while sugar beets are from 8 to 22 percent sugar by weight. Sucrose from either source (or from two relatively minor sources, the sugar maple tree and the date palm) is the same molecule, yielding 3.94 calories per gram as do all carbohydrates.
