Our High Temperature woven fiberglass cloth is coated with PTFE which provides the properties of excellent release, 

abrasion resistance, low friction and chemical resistance, these fabrics are dimensionally stable from (–140℃ to +260℃).

PTFE mesh belting has an open mesh construction, which allows for optimum airflow through the material allowing products to dry with greater efficiency.

PTFE fusing machine conveyor belt is made of high tensile fiberglass, knitted by special equipment and coated with fine PTFE. There are three type of PTFE fusing machine belt as mentioned below:

PTFE is a highly versatile product with well known remarkable properties and fiberglass is known as an excellent material in terms of its high temperature resistance and dimensional stability. Combination of these two materials gives one product of practically unsurpassed utility and value.

PTFE coated glass fibre fabric is constructed from a glass fibre fabric base with PTFE coating. The base glass fiber fabric is extremely durable, non-flammable and operates well at high temperatures. The PTFE coating provides excellent resistance to inadvertent chemical splashes and is easy to clean (wipe down).PTFE coated fabrics are often used in ‘clean areas’ (food processing, packaging and handling areas) where a higher temperature resistance may be required. In addition, the PTFE coating means that the fabric can be easily wiped down and kept clean.

We are manufacturing and supplying a wide range of 2Ply Belts. Two layers of PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics are bonded together to make uniform thickness through out the circumference, which enables the belt to run smoothly in Continuous Sealing Machines to seal poly bags, etc.Most used and wanted sizes are 15 mm x 750 mm, 15 mm x 770 mm, 15 mm x 1000 mm, 15 mm x 1120 mm, etc.

Belts can be customized for any width or length, as per the requirement of the Customer.
