ECOFLO IRRIGATION

Thin walled driplines:

A light dripline containing a turbulent flow emitter inseparably welded to the upper wall of the pipe.

Its labyrinth type emitter features a self cleaning built-in strainer at its inlet and a wide chamber at its outlet minimizing clogging.

Long labyrinth allowing for uniform discharge rate and precise irrigation patterns at long lateral lengths.

Ideal for row crops.

Technical specifications:

• Outer diameter = 12mm, 16.5mm, 20mm

• Thickness = 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm and 0.7mm. 

• Discharge = 2lph and 4lph.

• Spacing between the drippers= 30,40, 50,60cms and above.

• Life of the driplines = 2yrs for 0.2mm, 3yrs for 0.3mm and 5yrs for 0.5mm thickness driplines.

• Requires filteration.

These thin walled driplines are also used in irrigation kits which work on Ecoflo hand pump and Ecoflo treadle pump.

We also have cylinderical/ round driplines.

Laterals:

Outside Diameter: 12mm and 16 mm

Wall Thickenss: 1-1.3mm. Also available in 0.6-0.8 mm thickness.

Conforming to IS specification

These laterals are made from virgin LLDPE material with black master batch additives of the highest standards to give the best UV resistance for very longlife operations.

These are also available with antirodent additives using bifferant which is not harmful but prevents rodents from biting.

Drippers:

Openable Turbo type: Non pressure compensating . Available in 4 and 8 lph discharge with ISI Mark. Each dripper is individually factory tested for discharge to give the best uniformity. The material used is of best quality for complete UV stability and life. Also available in pressure compensating 4 Lph discharge.

PCND Dripper : These dripper have been newly developed by us and would be available at the price of regular drippers in the market. With these drippers all plants at any length or level would get the same quantity of water.

• Comes with an inbuilt air release valve on the top that also works as a flush valve.

• Easy cleaning of the stainless steel mesh filter element as water goes from inside to outside and the suspended matter can be easily unclogged by a water jet on the outer side.

• Easy flushing with the help of flushing valve.

• Reasonable prices.

• 2 filters attached in parallel are available. This double filter arrangement helps in pressurized flushing of the filters by just operating the inlet valves.
