Rotary oil mill is used to extract the oil by using casting crushing chambers for ensuring the output from the seed .In this machine material should be feed on batch type and oil cake should be taken from the top of the machine manually. Machine are fitted with oil cooled gearbox and motor is coupled using belt.

Rotary oil available in two different models according to output capacity.

List of seeds used to extract oil are

6. sunflower
7. moringa seeds and all other oil seeds can be crushed.,

Removing the shell of peanut and graded such as broken nut, sand and fine particles and good nuts.                                                      Its separate the seed and shell by using air blower and sorted by using grader machine

Various type of nuts can be cleaned by changing the mesh and also available in various sizes.

Destoner for removing stones in grains, millets, rice and all seeds

Used to remove heavier contaminants or debris from a product stream or flow.

 Purify the production from heavy impurities, such as stones, as well as metals, plastics and other granular contaminants.

Source of heating is LPG and ,source for rotation is electric motor.Electric motor may vary its power according to the capacity of the machine. Machine are available in capacity of 10kg/batch,15kg/batch,25Kg/batch,50Kg/batch and 100Kg/Batch.Each batch may take its time 20mins to 35 mins depending on the material condition.
