Dewatering Screw Press – Compact, Efficient & Versatile

The Dewatering Screw Press is a mechanical device designed for continuous solid-liquid separation, ideal for high-moisture materials such as organic waste, biomass, sludge, and agro-industrial byproducts.

Material is fed into the press, where a slowly rotating screw moves it through a perforated or slotted screen. As the screw shaft narrows, pressure builds, squeezing out water through the screen while compacted solids are discharged from the outlet. The process is energy-efficient, requires minimal maintenance, and operates continuously without the need for thermal drying.
