Pet Flakes
Aifaz Recycle Industries specializes in the recycling of post-consumer PET bottles into high-quality washed PET flakes. These flakes are produced through a mechanical recycling process involving collection, sorting, washing, and grinding of used plastic bottles. The final product is clean, dry, and free from labels, caps, and metal contaminants.
The flakes can be directly used in manufacturing polyester fiber, packaging materials, strapping tapes, sheets, and non-food grade plastic items. The production follows sustainable waste management practices, contributing to a cleaner environment and promoting circular economy principles.
